THE STORY
GAME RANGER is a sweeping African series about a talented Texas K9 handler who travels to South Africa to help train a new anti-poaching unit in the wild Kruger National Park.
Struggling to fuse his differences with the trainers and rangers; the team must ultimately bridge continents and come together with a common goal: to save the rhino from local extinction by bringing down the largest wildlife trafficking syndicate in the world.
BACKGROUND
GAME RANGER is an adaptation of a National Geographic story published in 2019, which became one of the most viewed stories of the year on the platform. It was then published in the January 2020 issue of National Geographic Magazine, and inspired numerous follow-up stories by other publications and media houses.
